O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court on 15.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10381 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10381 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10381 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
