Petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R. in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner investigation has been done and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Palladam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.100 of 2015.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
