Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect which reads as under:

"In view of the subsequent development nothing survives for consideration in this WP. Hence may be dismissed."
