This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent herein for non-compliance of the order dated 27.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4443 of 2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.1074/E3/2018, dated 24.08.2021, issued by the Respondent, and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

The said communication dated 24.08.2021 is taken on record. The Contemnor appeared virtually and her presence is recorded. In Page No.2 of 3

view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the said communication, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
