O R D E R This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representations made by the petitioner dated 25.09.2020 and 29.04.2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations, this Court is inclined to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.09.2020 and 29.04.2021.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.09.2020 and 29.04.2021, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
