The counsel on record submits that the party has taken back the bundle and instructed him not to represent him in the Civil Revision Petition. A memo to that effect has also been filed. The petitioner who has chosen to get back the bundle and gave such instructions to the counsel, ought to have made arrangements for his

representation.

2. Since the petitioner has not chosen to enter appearance either in-person or through another counsel to proceed with the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.
