ORDER

In view of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.22254 of 2017, dated 23.10.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to withdraw the Writ Petition and made an endorsement on the petition and sought for liberty to file fresh writ petition, if necessary. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the said liberty. No costs. The miscellaneous petition is closed.
