The petitioner herein states that she and his brother are the lawful owner of the property measuring about 2 1⁄2 acres, which they inherited from their father. The co-sharer/the private respondent is disturbing them and prevented from cultivating the land. A complaint given on 12.01.2023 and representation dated 14.03.2023 have not been acted upon. Hence, she seeks for police protection. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2023 is still pending and necessary police protection will be given to the petitioner herein, if they provides necessary documents to prove title and possession. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2023 within a period of three months from today and file the final report. 03.11.2023 Page No.2/4
