WP.NO.24931 of 2011:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the 4th respondent in G.O.Ms.No.39, Agriculture (AU) Department dated 01.03.2010 and to quash the same insofar as retaining age of 60 years for superannuation in respect of the Petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 7 to fix the age of superannuation of the petitioners at 65 years with effect from 30.06.2010.

JUDGMENT

Mr.S.Vadivel Murugan, learned counsel representing the learned counsel on record for the appellants, submitted that the appellants have instructed the counsel to withdraw the writ appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the above, writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. However, there shall be no order as to cost.
