2. These petitions are filed to condone delay of 163 days to file a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record.

3. Hence the delay of 163 days is condoned. Consequently, the petitions to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent are allowed.
