This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22803 of 2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent has filed a communication dated 13.06.2024 indicating that the order dated 2/4

02.08.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22803 of 2023, has been complied with.

In such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed, he has to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
