The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the period of licence has expired. However, the petitioner has not condoned the violations allegedly committed by the respondents. If at all any grievances exists in respect of any such allegation, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed, in the manner known to law.

2. The learned senior panel counsel made a submission that a criminal case against the petitioner is pending. However, the said proceedings must be allowed to go on and is to be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Mp Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
