The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that order of this Court dated 01.02.2023 has been complied with and he also produced the letter sent by the second respondent to the petitioner in Ma.A10/Block30/Na.Ka.NNo.311-A/2025 dated 08.07.2025 to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied.
