Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial magistrate-IV Salem daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5949/2022 dated 15.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5949 of 2022 on 15.03.2022 to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV Salem daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
