ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and grant the service benefits sought by the petitioners in their representation dated 16-4-2020 and 20-7-2020 and thereafter proceed with the lease of the respondent Mills after giving due livelihood protection to the employees of the second respondent Mills."

2. In the light of the fact that the respondents have been complying with the orders of this Court dated 01.07.2021 in 2/4

W.P.Nos.389 and 403 of 2021, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
