O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.556 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that due to property dispute between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant's family. The petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and caused head injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case, due to enmity and he would submit that the victim has been discharged from the hospital and previous cases are all under Section 110 Cr.P.C.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and he has got 7 previous cases against him and he is involved in the case of murder and in the earlier, this Court was not inclined to grant bail in Crl.O.P.No.9824 of 2020 and at that time, the petitioner has withdrawn the petition. Hence, he vehemently oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the facts of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel and that the petitioner is involved in 7 previous cases and then out of which, one is a murder case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
