PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to de-Freeze the freezed S.B.Account No.10831330531 in the State Bank of India, 66, GST Road, Guindy Branch, Guindy, Chennai-32 immediately in order to withdraw the money by the 2nd petitioner and spent for the medical and other expenses of the 1st petitioner, who is very seriously ill.
