Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Order No.443282/DL5/SETC/2022 order dated 28.09.2022 and Order No.002145/DL5/AVPO/2022 dated 04.11.2022 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representation 15.03.2023 and to disburse the stoppage amount and to issue a regular pay. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Order No.443282/DL5/SETC/2022 order dated 28.09.2022 and Order No.002145/DL5/AVPO/2022 dated 04.11.2022 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representation 15.03.2023 and to disburse the stoppage amount and to issue a regular pay.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the Appellate Authority order dated 15.03.2023.
