O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed directing the Second Respondent to dispose the appeal dated 14.02.2018 filed by the Petitioner against the order dated 22.01.2018 passed by the Third Respondent, which is pending before the Second Respondent. 2.

Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents, on instructions, states that the appeal filed by the Petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would be taken up for enquiry by the Second Respondent on 16.07.2019 and he has filed memo to that effect, which is recorded. It is needless to add here that it shall be incumbent upon the Second Respondent to ensure that there is progress in the disposal of the appeal by having at least one effective hearing every week. The parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the appeal and the Second Respondent after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties shall pass reasoned orders in merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to them.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
