said petitioner's husband namely SAKTHIVEL ALIAS SAKTHI, SON OF JEEVA AGED 28 YEARS before this Hon'ble High Court and set the Petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison Cuddalore.

ORDER
(Made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.) The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C3/D.O/05/2022 dated 15.02.2022 detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.3032, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 23.05.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
