ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Crime No.(Not known), seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.No.58 of 2021.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry,within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, else the petition be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
