O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta in his name.

2. Heard Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to make an online application before the fourth respondent by paying necessary charges. The petitioner must also provide the necessary 2/4

particulars. If the same is done, the fourth respondent shall act upon the online application and take a decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of submission of online application by the petitioner. If there are any other interested parties, they shall also be put on notice before taking any decision.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
