This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail in Crime No.49 of 2024 on the file of the D-5, Marina Police Station, Chennai. the respondent herein in the above case.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were found to be in illegal possession of 1.400 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
