2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only name has been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6519 of 2026 dated 13.03.2026.
