This petition is filed to extend the time to comply the order dated 12.03.2015 in above appeal or to pass an order that the appellant has complied with the order of this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3.On perusal of the order dated 12.03.2015, it reveals that this Court has granted time till 26.03.2015 to comply with the order. However, the amount was paid only 06.04.2015. Hence, the above Miscellaneous petition has been filed. The respondent has no serious objection as he acknowledged the receipt of the said amount.

4.Considering the same, time is extended by two weeks.
