'W.P.No.11479 of 2020 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) There is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on 'Videoconferencing' {'VC'} platform but Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned counsel for R10 is before this Court. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a daily / regular / routine feature in this Court.

Pursuant to the aforesaid proceedings, captioned 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] is listed today under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.O.R.Mahesvaren, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner expresses regret and tenders apology for missing the matter yesterday (18.06.2025) and apology is accepted.
4. Learned counsel also submits that he has instructions from the writ petitioner to withdraw the captioned writ petition. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows.
