ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.02.2025 made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for handing over the house and the key for Door No.16, which was earlier demolished.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that neither the petitioner nor the persons whose names have been mentioned by the petitioner, are part of the list of allottees prepared by the respondents.

3. In the light of the above stand taken by the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2025 within a period of four weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
