O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.03.2022, 21.03.2022 and 21.04.2022.

The case of the petitioner is that she was a victim of the offence committed by the accused who is in service of the police department and even though First Information Reports are already filed, absolutely no action whatsoever has been taken as against him on the department front and therefore, she has made the representations and come up with the present prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the said representations will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the said submissions made, I am inclined to order the writ petition on the following terms:- i) The first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.03.2022, 21.03.2022 and 21.04.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
