This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5873 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.34 of 2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XV, George Town, Chennai and the case now stands posted on 22.05.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 9(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5873 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XV, George Town, Chennai, on 22.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
