ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Ramesh, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed.
