When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the issue in this writ petition has already been resolved between the parties amicably and that may be a reason for the petitioner's non-appearance before this Court. He would further submit that, in this regard, he has not received any written instruction.
