This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which was imposed in the order dated 15.02.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2203 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
