3. On a complaint given by the petitioner's wife, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
