This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner daily at 10.30 until further orders orders imposed before this court on 12.03.2025, Crl.O.P.No.6985 of 2025 in Cr.No.37 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 until further orders on 12.03.2025, Crl.O.P.No.6985 of 2025 in Cr.No.37 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
