ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.11.2017 and investigate the same according to law.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue relates to payment of capitation fee in S.R.M. University. In connection with the same a Court Commissioner has already been appointed and the adjudication processes is going on.

4.Hence, the respondents are directed to receive the complaint of the petitioner and conduct preliminary enquiry and subsequently, take appropriate action to enable the petitioner to participate in the adjudication processes before the Court Commissioner.
