O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents herein to release the vehicle bearing registration No.TN12 J 5005 which is taken custody in Crime No.52 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been completed and the Motor Vehicle inspection was also over in respect of the vehicle bearing registration No.TN12 J 5005.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and release the vehicle bearing registration No.TN12 J 5005, on production of original RC Book and other relevant documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
