ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 10.10.2024 made by the petitioner to transfer patta into the petitioner's name for the property at S.No. 792A/C Marchanayakanpalayam Village Magara, Coimbatore South Register District, SRO Anaimalai, Coimbatore District to the landed extent of 2152.78 Sq.fts or 200 Sq. Meter.

2. Heard Mr.N.Sudharsan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate, for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner states that he has given a representation on 10.10.2024 seeking transfer of patta in his name. He states that the petition is still pending. 2/4

4. The representation, dated 15.05.2025 shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from today.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
