J U D G M E N T
Mr.B.Sivaraman, the learned counsel representing the counsel for the appellant on record contended that the counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo dated 16.04.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal, stating that the appellant and the respondents are brother and sisters respectively, they arrived for compromise and also got the matter settled out of Court and the said Memo was signed by the appellant. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
