ORDER

This Criminal Appeal has been filed challenging the conviction and sentence passed in Special C.C.No.3 of 2011 dated 26.03.2019 on the file of learned Special Judge / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submitted that pending appeal, sole appellant died on 09.09.2020 and he has also produced the copy of death certificate. Hence, this Criminal Appeal may be dismissed as abated.
