And C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) Due to intervening election, the Official Assignee has found certain difficulty. Today, the learned Counsel namely Ms.L.Poompavai (Enroll.No.210/96) represented that if the auction date is postponed by a week, a prospective buyer is available and also submitted that fund could be mobilised.

2. Taking note of the fact, it is directed to postpone the date of Tender cum Auction Sale to 22.04.2019.

3. The Official Assignee is directed to make wide publicity about the postponement of the auction date and the same may be hosted in the High Court website forthwith. Other terms and conditions stands as same. Paper publication is also permitted.
