These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 274 days in paying the deficit Court Fee for a sum of Rs.710/- in CRP.Sr.No.76277 of 2022 and 274 days in paying the deficit Court Fee (Pondicherry Court Fee) for a sum of Rs.720/- in CMA in CRP.Sr.No. 76278 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.250/-[Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only] each petition to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Assoociation, Chennai, attached to this Court.
