This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.904 of 2013 on the file of respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the ground of limitation, the case in Crime No.904 of 2013 was closed as per Section 468 Cr.P.C., by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Walajah.
