(CRIME NO.600 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Cr.O.P.No.620 of 2022 vide order dated 12.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.DHASARATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.MEGHANATHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.620 of 2022 on 12.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
