Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to comply with the order of the first respondent dated 1.4.2022 vide Rc.J13/13387/2019 by taking physical possession fo the secured asset and handover the same to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader submitted that possession of the property has been given to the bank in compliance of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown satisfaction of the aforesaid.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and, accordingly, it is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
