(CRIME NO.64/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioenr is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders in the Anticipatory bail order granted to the petitioner on 05.05.2022 in Crl.OP.10699/2022 of 2021 in Crime No.64/2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10699 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
