O R D E R

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 147, 148, 115, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 & 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No. 1067 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has got three previous cases in Cr. Nos.1121, 1124 and 1127 of 2020 registered on the file of H-6 RK Nagar Police Station and the arrested accused are still in custody.

3. This Court has very recently dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner. Taking into consideration the fact of the case, since there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and the fact that arrested accused are still in custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
