PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the tender notification of the second respondent in Roc.No.2052/2020/A7 dated 15.07.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allot grants/funds to the village panchayat to carry out the essential works for the welfare of the village panchayat under the various schemes including the Jal Jeevan Misson as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act 1994.
