A.No.2807 of 2024 in TOS.No.88 of 2013 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been taken out to amend the pleadings consequent to the LR application being allowed.

2.There can be no prejudice caused to the respondent. Though there is no representation on the side of the respondent. I am inclined to allow the application to enable amendments to be carried out pursuant to the demise of the 3rd plaintiff. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3.Amendment to be carried out and an amended copy of the plaint shall be filed within a period of two weeks. Time is extended for carrying out amendment in the impleading application and amendment alongside in the present application.

4.Post the matter on 28.06.2024.
