This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent on 24.12.2018.

2. The petitioner had parallely filed an appeal against the said order and the appeal was allowed by an order dated 26.12.2019.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
