These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 938 days in setting aside abatement in respect of the deceased 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement in respect of the deceased 1st respondent and to bring on record the respondents 8 to 19 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition No.3622 of 2014.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
